As with all moving parts or electronic equipment, things wear out and can occasionally go wrong. With careful design, the effects of any disruption can be minimised – for example; reserve or redundant circuits can provide alternative sources of power without a break in supply. However, it is vital that equipment is maintained or repaired without delay so on365 provide systems that can be automatically monitored every hour of the day.

on365 provides the highest level of backup and support for a large scale data centre or smaller server room set up, through a comprehensive range of solutions. Nationwide service and support is provided through the on365's National Control Centre which uses one of the latest software-based management systems. All service calls are closely tracked and monitored from start to finish, so we always know exactly the status of any enquiry.

You can call the on365's National Control Centre at any time during normal working hours.  For mission-critical operations we offer a 24-hour, 365 days a year service.  The centre is manned by specialist staff who, in many cases, can diagnose and solve a customer’s problem without the need for an engineer site visit.

Our service and support group consists of a team of fully qualified and highly experienced engineers and technicians specialising in all aspects of pre and post sales technical support, repair, maintenance and service support. This alongside standard warranties and maintenance plans, ensures that you can maintain protection and reliability at all times.
