| Colin Richardson, Managing Director on365 Colin Richardson formed on365 (known as Universal Power Systems until November 2007) in 1984 to meet the growing user demand for UPSs to be supplied with higher levels of pre and post sales support. One of Colin’s first jobs after leaving school was at the BBC where he was a technician responsible for the design of radio and TV broadcast equipment. He then joined Loughborough Consultancy, the commercial arm of Loughborough University. There he spent several years selling its research capabilities to the commercial world. Projects included research into TV aerials and development for the aerospace industry of non-destructive test equipment for laser-based technology. Colin also spent six years working for Gould Inc, a major US-based UPS supplier. Starting as a sales engineer, he progressed to sales manager before being promoted to European product manager for AC products. |

| Peter Hannaford, Vice President – Datacenters & Alliances – EMEA APC by Schneider Electric Peter Hannaford is responsible for developing and promoting Schneider Electric’s Datacenter Solutions, Consulting Services and Software architectures for data centers and IT rooms throughout Europe, Middle East, & Africa. His broad knowledge and experience of the data center space, gained firstly as an IT director and subsequently running companies providing turnkey solutions to IT-dependent organizations, is invaluable in ensuring that APC by Schneider Electric’s Datacenter solutions are tailored to meet the needs of today’s non-stop business. Peter’s long career in IT spanning more than 20 years encompasses spells with financial institutions including Societe Generale and Banque Arabe Internationale d’Investissement. He is also a successful entrepreneur having founded Waterfields Limited in 1989 and been a major shareholder in Tecnikon Limited, a company which was acquired by APC in 2003. |

Jason Coari, Sr. Marketing Manager SGI As Sr. Marketing Manager at SGI, Jason is responsible for global go-to market strategy and communications across SGI’s entire product portfolio. Jason has 12 years of progressive experience in the technology industry, and has proven expertise in marketing, sales, and strategic partnerships for companies in both domestic and international markets. Prior to joining SGI, Jason held key marketing positions within AMD, making significant contributions to the launch and initial success of the Opteron processor in North America. He also served as a Chair on the Green Grid communications committee, driving the organisation’s agenda on energy-efficiency in the date center across partners and government agencies worldwide. Jason holds a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. |
